Loved the bolly-cardi session @ the EP Library. After the bollywood dance session, the slight stretching followed by meditation made all the difference. Julie’s voice is soo soothing and calming, I actually dozed off for a few mins that day during the meditation session.
My only wish is if you could extend the guided meditation/yoga session a little longer, it would feel even more rejuvenating.
