Hi, I am Major Julie Mol K and I created Bollycardi by mixing two of my favorite activities : dancing and exercising.
I love keeping my mind and body fit by meditating and enjoy dancing to the tunes of Bollywood songs. My initial fitness lessons were from the Military Training Academy in India and I am also a NETA certified fitness instructor.
Being a wife and mother and having a full time desk job accumulates a lot of stress by the end of the day . I practice the program for six days a week and find it beneficial for both mind and body.
